Odyssey Theatre is proud to present, in collaboration with Rag and Bone Puppet Theatre, “A Promise is a Promise” and they are offering a great family four pack to one Macaroni Kid reader. A Promise is a Promise is an adaptation of the popular Canadian book by Robert Munsch and Michael Kusugak about the Inuit and their vibrant culture. It is a story about a heroine who discovers what commitment and honesty mean through her dangerous mission to avoid capture from the Qallupilluit, mythical monsters of the Northern seas. Dates: August 1, 8, 15, 22.

Regular admission is only $5 for children and $10 for adults.
Groups of at least 10 children will be charged $4 per child and will receive a complimentary chaperone ticket for every 10 tickets booked. All of our Youth Matinee performances are on Wednesdays at 1 p.m.
To maximize the benefit for each participant, Odyssey provides a free educational and entertaining study guide that includes projects, games and questions about theatre. Pre-show activities enable participants to understand the work that goes into a play before it reaches the stage, including auditions and rehearsals. Following the performance, audiences participate in a question and answer session with actors. In addition, workshops can be booked for groups, either onsite after the performance or at another venue.
