These homestyle, healthy, and nutritious meals for can be refrigerated or frozen so you can pick up and heat up at home.
Offerings include tons of gluten-free and vegetarian options including quiche, tourtiere, lasagna, pizza, macaroni and cheese, quinoa wraps, soups, tofu fritters, tofu & vegetable kebabs, and salad dressings for sides or complete meals.
All their food is made fresh daily, using organic grains, nuts, vegetables and fruits, purchased local when in season. Whether it's hot dishes, salads or desserts, you'll find many healthy gluten-free and vegan choices, seven days a week.
They have a great selection of healthy lunch box options like kale or basil pesto, vegetable pate (which kids can spread on crackers or their own handmade pita chips) and sneaky snacks like avocado brownies
Their kale chips are a hit with children and so nutritious! There are lots of yummy pies, cakes and cookies, and something for someone with a sweet tooth.
