Honeybee Day is back in full swing at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, where a full day of activities is sure to get the whole family buzzing.
Learn how these small insects supply us with a sweet treat, and have a huge impact on agriculture and our everyday lives. From on-site honeycomb extraction demonstrations to learning to plant and care for a pollinator-friendly garden, learn about the essential role that these honey-producing pollinators play in our ecosystem – and how we can help to ensure they stick around!
New this year! Take part in the Honey Run, a fun activity for the whole family in partnership with Run Ottawa.
