City of Ottawa Fall eGuides Now Available

October 1, 2020

Update from the City of Ottawa - October 3, 2020

Health and safety are always our top priority. Lately, we’ve seen a resurgence in the number of COVID-19 cases in the community. In light of this, registration for fall recreation and arts programs has been postponed. You can take this Monday night off and we’ve also temporarily removed the activity guides from ottawa.ca to avoid any confusion.

The City of Ottawa recreation eGuides are now available for viewing. People can register for programs online beginning Oct. 5 at 9 pm.

You will notice that there are some differences this year. They have the usual fun activities available for in-person learning. It has activities for every interest and goal – whether you want to get or stay active, explore your artistic flair or take up a new sport or hobby. However, for some of the arts programs there is an online component. Those who wish to join the class at home, can log on and virtually be in class. This way children/adults still get to join if people are not comfortable or not able to join the class in person. These online courses can be found in the Arts Centres eGudie. These are for children and adults.

These are COVID-modified with public health measures in place.
