City of Ottawa Summer Camp + Activities

Residents Receive a 10% Discount on Summer Camps!

March 23, 2023

While there may still be lots of snow still on the ground, it is never to early to start thinking and dreaming about summer! The City of Ottawa summer camp and programs are now available for viewing too! Here are a few key pieces of information about registering for the programs.

Summer registration opens Monday, April 3 (aquatic activities) and Tuesday, April 4 (non-aquatic activities) at 9 pm. Look at the online listing of all the summer camps and programs and write down the ones you want to register for ahead of time. You can write down the name and time of the program, but I also like to write down the program number too in case I need to do a quick search for it. The spaces fill up quickly, especially the aquatic activities, so plan to be on your device about 10 minutes before 9 pm to make sure you are already logged in and ready to register. When you visit the website to search for programs, under 'When' you can select 'Summer Aquatics 2023' and 'Summer Non-Aquatics 2023' to narrow down the programs that appear. Have a back-up for your first choice of activity too.

Be prepared by creating an account on the City’s new registration system before registration night. To create an account, visit register.ottawa.ca(link is external), submit your email address and create a password. Complete the form with your information and add other family members to your account. Put in your credit card information (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) in advance to save valuable time.
